1991 - Epoxy resin bonded grinding wheels

1991 sees the start of the use of epoxy resins in addition to the phenolic resins that are usually used in the synthetic resin sector. The reason for establishing this resin division was the desire to find an equivalent to the very specific rubber bonded grinding wheels and control wheels used in the centreless grinding sector. The advantages offered by epoxy resins compared to rubber include enhanced environmental compatibility both in terms of production and subsequent use.
